My Review
Am I the only sucker for single dad stories? I can't be, right? But what's better than a story with a single dad is when two single parents meet. Then there's the competition trope, which has always been a favorite of mine! Right off the bat, I wasn't a fan of our heroine's name, "Tam" but it grew on me as I got to know her more. Plus, this was my first book by Danielle Thorne, so I knew I had to give it a real chance, and I'm so glad I did.
Honestly, this really felt like a Hallmark movie, which I'm totally ok with! I get the banter, the mistakes, the googly eyes, and the happy ending. Although we've read bakers a bunch before, I really liked the new aspect of an herb and tea business. All in all, I enjoyed this story and would definitely read another book by the author!

Danielle Thorne writes from south of Atlanta, Georgia, for Harlequin's Love Inspired books. She is the author of sweet, romantic adventures, both historical and contemporary.
